Very retro like, author! I felt like it was from an old, vintage detective steam punks movie.

A little suggestion though it's already late I know, tried to add some noise whenever you hit an old-sepia like pictures. Its gonna 'hit' or has more impacts to your picture's atmosphere. Also a little vignette would do a better 'manipulation'. Playing a bit with white balance (adjustments layer: black & white and set to neutral density with a soft light blending mode) also gives you more 'vintage-like' final result.

Well, I'm sorry I've come late to this one! But nonetheless, I LOVE the way you put the golden mean here and the sepia tone. Good luck, author!
