Excellent use of high contrast colors. The yellow fish have popped out against the blue background.Good Luck.
I love the strong saturated colors but I think the big fish ends up coming across a bit bland relatively. Also, a more-whimsical title might be "Yoo-hoo."

Nice idea to paint the big fish and add the antennae thing to it, I like how it goes from the dark area of the image to the lighter area. Great color contrasts.
