indeed there is! as long as it all looks like it is blended together to make one full image, then why not have a lot going on. ;]

spaceship, airship, blimp, dirigible... call it what ever you like. ;]
IMO it would have a reflection like the fireworks.
In my vision it has less lighting on the bottom, hence the more shadow than reflection on the water... But I like your thought too!
