Outstanding! Great reconfiguring of features and recoloring. I do find the (awful lot of!) sparkles too flat/same plane because they're all the same size, however.

I made some changes..
The eye on the right (as viewed) is misshapen rather than round in the iris area and the side edge by the head. But a nice source image to work with.
