Good work! I would only suggest using a smaller brush/sample size for the flames as I think that would add to the realism. But maybe that's just me
Thanks for comment....see what I can do about flames. I did not use a brush, it is a pic of the flames set with a layer effect, just to give the picture an eerie feeling of destruction.

Good concept. Good job on the proportions and composition. I would sharpen the skull and the horns and/or enhance the constrast.

Well done, the horns are a nice replacement. If you want, you can vertically flip the cross. As far as I know the upside down cross is a sign of the antichrist. Good luck!
