Its mostly liquify and coloring
I saw already. I started watching tutorials for those filters. To be honest , I used liquify only for making tattoos and not all of them...
It's cool that there are many ways to use this filter!

I gave that area another try, hope now it looks better
It's a pity that the mouth has maintained its liquify look.... I'd say it's the only thing that's stopping it from being a great entry.

this is terrific (his winky eye is missing) but I don't think that detracts in any shape or form... it has a great portrait angle and would look GREAT FRAMED!!! good luck author
