Just a couple of suggestions. The two griffins are hard lit from above casting hard shadows on their bodies but no shadow underneath them. The sorceress is also lit from above but casts no shadow. The winged demon in the foreground is in a different perspective and looks a bit washed out, he should have more contrast.
Thanks for the helpful input. The griffins have cast shadows now (knew I forgot something) and the gargoyle at lower right has a bluer cast to match the unicorn, and more contrast. Looks much better now.

She's in a beam of light, so there would be no shadow. Let me see what I can do about the rest.
