The edges are too crisp for such a hairy animal, (some areas you've attempted to break up the edges but the rest you've left out entirely) and the features of the face and the form of the hands and feet could do with more overall definintion... I'll hold off voting, but it's a decent attempt so far...
was going for the stuffed toy look, but thanks, made the edges fluffy and blurred the sharp edges with some shading added
