This is the R. Buckminster Fuller Dymaxion Car from 1934. Powered by a 90 hp Ford V8 engine. It was reportedly able to do 120 mph.
I thought it would be fun to see what it would look like with a paint job like the source pic.
This is a three wheeled vehicle and way ahead of its time, in fact I believe the VW vans design may have been influenced by this vehicle. Anyway, due to a fatal accident, the funding for production of the Dymaxion never developed. (5 years and 2385 days ago)
