Stars and Stripes Forever.....
I made this with PS shapes,the pen tool, star shaped brush and some fonts. The source pictured was layer masked and a thresholds adjustment made. Then that layer was placed over top a duplicated shape of the pilot filled with color and it's opacity lowered. (5 years and 2201 days ago)
