The ship is nicely done. I think I'd work on the smoke, though...parts of it near the smokestacks have hard edges (left side) and it looks too solid. You might want to separate the bottom edge of the hull from the background a bit more, too.

It is a nice image, follow the advise of CMYK to work on the smoke, the other detail of a smaller engine, will work too. Good job.
