Very cute and funny! An original use of the source for sure! A few tweaks would really improve the details IMHO. The edges of the cone could be softer and the finger tips could be rounded off more. A shadow under the hand holding the cone would help and the piece on the left side inside the mouth is distracting. Just my thoughts, still a real fun image and very imaginative.
Tweaked a bit, (Oh lord, I said tweak...my niece and nephew would be so proud) Rounded the fingers the best I could but I ruined it a couple of times and just went minimal

I think you did a good job with the liquifying tool. Nice and fun image.
Thanks George, oddly enough it was all done with warp, but if you use it harshly enough it does do the liquefy effect. Now if I could just wrap my head around the Pen tool I'd be golden, it works sometimes for me and other times it just causes me grief LOL
Clearly someone has lost their mind over liquid metal icecream, lol. It's a fun one for sure!
