ok...first of all try to find another sky source (this one is very grain) but if you like this one make it softer (in this kind of pic it works ). Second try to blend more the sky with the hand (it is a fantasy pic
) and third try to do rays more visible. 
Lol, but the rest is perfect, right? :P
