LOL I have a Lab and he drools very realistic,, but that globe is downright cruel

I like the 3D effect of the bones. I tried searching for a tutorial to see how it is done but it seems that it can only be done in the extended version of CS6.
If you or anyone else know how to turn objects into 3D in the ordinary version of Photoshop CS6, please share the info.
