Lots of work there author, though I think if you shrank the whole Pop Up image so it becomes more part of the book might help a little, I don't know for sure.. if your happy with it it's okay... good luck author (just putting my two cents in) I'm trapped in my apartment (Hurricane Matthew) so I'm getting all chatty LOL
I always appreciate your comments Drivenslush, you can go on and on! And yes I thought of you and the hurricane as I read you live in Florida. I imagined you trapped in a sort of bunker instead of an appartment, wouldn't it be wiser? and sooo romantic?
Like in "Take shelter" movie.
A bunker? With someone else so it would be "Romantic"? Yikes, what did you smoke? hehehe, I'm lucky I can tolerate people trying to buy water in the long lines at Publix... hehehehe.. trapped in a bunker during a Hurricane, I'd eat my bunker mates LOL... don't even bring up my neighbors... they make me twitch (Take Shelter? DOUBLE EEKKK!!)
Logically speaking I don't see how these elements would fold up when the book is closed. The parts in a pop up book are usually 2D images that stand up when the book is opened to create the illusion of a 3D image and fold up again when the book is closed. You show 3D images which don't look like they could fold up flat.
I think I am bit far from logic here. The engine picture is supposed to fold according to the crease line, according to the perspective it might be possible. The images are not really 3D but photographies which give the impression of 3D. In fact they are flat, except for the wire which is a real wire and goes from the end of the flat robot to the interior of the engine. Well, I've never been good friend with logic...
Howdie stranger!
