Source for tires? Reflection of tires is at wrong angle.
Tires are from the car
IMO It looks like the boat is flying instead of floating. More masking at the bottom and tires will help to place boat in the water. As for reflections CMYK is right, they are wrong. Use the skew tool to push them to the left, underneath the boat.... nice entry... good look.
