The woman in the hour glass is kind of weird. Might look better without all the "background" around her
The background in the hourglass is a result of transparency and reflexion. This is a weird story anyhow, right?
Maybe a step by step would help. I don't know, maybe create your background of Clock gears and such and then place the hour glass over it and then warp on the background in the area of the glass. Sort of like where the black in the original hourglass source is. BTW two of your source links lead to the same image.
Thanks a lot Lloyd. I quickly understand but I need long explanations . I thought the background was similar enough but you're right it was not. I have done as you said and it is muuuuch better now
I don't have a link to the same images, the clock gears are rather similar but not the same.
