As an extra detail, and not necessary, but you may want to clone one of the eyes some. What I am trying to say is they eyes are an exact duplicate of each other, although different sizes. At least clone that eye 'glint' so it doesn't look exactly like the other eye, or copy/pate other parts over it. (yes that's a word https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/glint). This would be a good starting point and go from there.

Soften up the hard edges on the pupil and the "whites" of the eye, as well as get rid of that residual white at the bottom right-ish of the pupils. Sry, I am severely critical.

I like the "fly away" hairs at the top center of her head. Maybe add more to the left and right of that? Some more stuff here https://image.ibb.co/kQNLwT/strawberry.jpg
