It's a very pretty portrait but nothing looks like it has been shattered, exploded, blown up or disintegrated. It just looks like pretty bubbles and flowers floating around her face.
Hmmm.
Just lightly blown up with no peculiar disintegration. No one specified the blowing degree
The lady just lost a part of her left cheek, if you look carefully you can see parts of the flesh inside the bubbles
I thought it was painful enough.
