I got the ocean water and sky at the top, from the island pic... I cloned part of the island and worked on the sky basically... the water below is lots of layer effects and gradients... the sunrays... below the ocean is a triangular selection filled with white to none... 50%... screen...effect and duplicated... used mask layer on the statue.. added the fish all around.. and made bubbles with a very small brush.... (5 years and 665 days ago)

The yellow boat isn't convincing, and with that strong light source both boats would have long shadows. Your idea is good.
I made the shadows longer.. and diminished the brightness of the yellow boat.... thank you.....
