When you look at the main source image (the bench and the cat), the photo itself has character, as it is full of grain and undercontrasted. The noise was a good "selling point" when I looked at your final image vs the sources. The background was relatively noise free as well as most of the fish. The cat scene and that bending fish were chock full of noise. You took care of that and balanced it well in your final image as you said. And to me, cutting out all the frilly stuff on the seahorse and jelly fish is a plus as not everyone does that.
