White fairy head is distorted and a bit large(Or maybe it's the neck), and it doesn't look like her hand is holding the wand. A much thinner wand might work better. Good effort over all.

Thanks CM,you're right, the wand moved and I didn't notice (these things have a life of their own and they like to play tricks, mostly when magic is around). I have fixed the hand and raised the collar a bit
