Used the image of the woods for the background, then... I liquified the same background, filter.... Fresco to get all waved lines using liquify again... set over background and a screen layer effect.... the blood is brush work.. The branches and trunks from plant are from the tree on the background.... Used the skull and duplicated it... (5 years and 322 days ago)
