Like in the good old science fiction serie V . The girl's cheek is supposed to be round, the lizard skin still looks too flat. I'd slightly warp the skin more around her cheek. The inner shadow is ok! Good luck!

Nice use of source, try adding white to black gradient on the reflection mask so it doesn;t look too uniform. Good luck!

Edit: I think you misunderstood. The white and blue background you had before was fine, i meant add the gradient to the mask, so it seems like the reflection itself is fading.

I'm giving a super huge high mark for the simple reason that the image does not let you go... you can't stop staring at it.... the heavy chain and red jewelry/flower blob should throw you right out of the image but the unique distortion of the face locks you right in... this would definately go into my office in a heart beat... excellent work here

The features are just not in the right place or of the right size for realism! This can be easily corrected. But, not bad.

The new face should have been rotated just a little more as they aren't in the same spot. Also in high res you can still clearly see her (old) right eye and part of the mouth.

i didn´t get you work neither your step by step one baby source and on the end baby source look the same with blue eyes,good luck

See step by step carefully, I have replaced eyes, nose and lips and finally used liquify to shape her face.
