Good source finds! They might stand out better against a different background. The black rocks against the blacks in the foreground figures is visually confusing.

I know is a rather odd sight, but I couldn't find any other background which would give me this "lifeless beach" feel. Thanks for the remark anyways!

What CMYK advised you is true. The rock located on the left side of the image, takes some view away from the hat of the skeleton. You could have erased it and cloning with the sky... a little blur would have helped better... good luck. Can I try criticize ? Because I'm probably not the best there is but I could probably help you out. If you notice , the original pic with the bird..you see the light falls from behind the bird. The light on the statue falls in front of the bird. So it seems a bit unrealistic. Also I think the bird is a bit...too big . Don't you think?

Thank you for your kind comments. The bird is now smaller, and I have tried my best to correct the lighting on the face.
