Concept is good. The background is more saturated and has more contrast than the dragon. Makes him look a bit weak. Wings seem a bit blurry compared to the rest of the creature. Tail angle doesn't look natural.

The highlights and shadows really make this brilliant!

Not sure about the anatomy, but it sure is intricate.

If it's supposed to be a downspout, the ummm..."relevant" end isn't connected to anything.
The rest looks good!

What I imagined was that the spout was going thru the chest, so the rump could go up. That way, when it wasn't raining and you looked up, it would look like the dragon was about to bean you with the ball.

Being beaned by the ball is probably better than having the "relevant" end aiming down ... Love the idea and I imagined that the water was coming from hole in the "hump" on his back. But maybe that is just my imagination running wild again.

The rain is excellent ... whole image makes me feel cold from the raging storm.

Good idea...dragon shadow is wrong. Light source is too low to create a shadow on the rocks.

agree with Bob on the dragon shadow, also her stride looks a little unnatural having her right leg in the air, might want to move the shadow so both feet are on the ground. A bit of shadow on the handle of the sword (that is behind her back) wouldn't hurt either.
