The mood is pretty ok, you might want to clean up some areas around the horizon a bit. Also you might want to correct the perspective for the lighthouse's window (you can skew it up a bit on side). Good luck!

I really like the composition and colour, not so much the second light source and the 'fog'
The "fog" should be outside the balcony structure, not inside.
the hair is a little distracting to me. Is there a reason for the smudged section?
