Thanks for going to great detail to show your "illustration technique", Judging by your SBS you "illustrated" this specifically for the bra to fit the girl? but I cant understand why in high res there is an the outline of previous bikini straps, this usually occurs when you use the magic wand tool to remove colour then the fill tool to replace it with skin colour, the straps also dont feature anywhere in your sbs. Also from steps 3-12 you seem to have coloured between her legs a small patch of scarlet which looks the same shade as the outline I mentioned. Just to add insult to injury you claim to have Illustrated the palm tree, yet I know it is brush 1144 from this brush set http://www.brusheezy.com/brushes/1312-Complete-Tree-Brush-Pack, this breaks the rules as a brush set is a source.

actually I was saying oops about the tree brush... you have to include all sources used to make an entry. I did look at your sbs, so it wasn't a knee jerk reaction... there is nothing about the tree in there. So I still say OOPS.

CBR, kinda like FUBAR?! hmmm, I can tell what the source is very plainly here, it's "chopped" well, AND includes ps. plus it has a scifi feel, that's worth extra points.

You can plainly see the source in this... so I say no CBR, and who the hell comes up with these random stupid acronyms that don't mean anything anyway? Why not just type it out... All of a sudden two teenagers type out a new abbreviation on some obscure board or site, and it becomes common usage. (sorry Author, this is a pet peeve of mine)

....CBR is an (almost) fairly common term on PXLeyes...lol. Anyway, I never said the picture is bad in that way, but it is CBR. You can no long recognize what the original picture used to be (for all I know it could have been a photo of a robot) therefore, it is beyond recognition. It has become a new picture, recognized as something new. I NEVER CRITICIZED IT. It's very well done.

P.S. This is what CBR means in my eyes..that you can no longer see what the original picture used to be, not if the original picture was used or not. CBR is not necessarily bad, as you can see.

Author, I think you did a good job chopping the source. I do not care if it is CBR or ABCDEFG, or O'lala. You used what they gave us to use, a pic of a dome in the water, and I can see pieces of that pic in your entry, that is what counts to me. And for all the time you spent at the computer, putting your brains over your keyboard, and for the detailed image you came up with, you have my vote. "Some" voters do not realize the effort, that a designer, or participant puts every week, on a contest, and just bla, bla, bla when they give a comment or a critizism. Funny law but I must nitpick. The contrast of the police offices seems too light compared to the woman. Toning down the brightness in the background layer is probably not a bad idea either.

She does stick out a lot. But I LOVE this image. Look at dude's expression!!!!

Nice effect and really interesting image. I would suggest giving the red lizard another arm and making the present arm look more like it is resting on the plate using some more shadows.
