The text on the doors looks completely fake, i don;t know what to suggest except maybe playing around with Bevelling and Embossing. In high res it's also clear that some more time should've beens pent with selecting the orange ring and masking out the stuffed doll and the candle.

Get the lettering straight...

agrees about the "Buoys and Gulls" lettering. It looks too fake. Also the red life preserver has some sharp edges on it that could be fixed better. Liquefy and push tool can fix sharp edges like that.

Nice effect and look, however it seems like just an applied plug in for Photoshop...

Couldn't use the texturizer for this effect as photoshop wwould create puzzle pieces to small and not cover the whole image although the idea is the same but with the effect applied manually
