It's never too early for Christmas spirit! Very nice composition.
I think the beard is too white but it's very good, very original and amazing result!
i agree, your whites are too white, perhaps try a light gray and then add some fin detail with a small brush, but very nice final result.

Agrees with other people's comments, plus it lacks some definition. I would suggest more detail to the beard and hat andthat might make it less white.
