A small trick: take a small (4-5 pixels) brush on your blur tool, create a new layer on top and on that layer with the blur tool (sample all layers on!) go over the masked edges. This will even make the blend a lot better, specially on the area where the phone-booth goes into the water, the edges are very sharp there. It's a detail not many voters will look at but at least you'll know it is all OK
Not sure that the foreground reflection would actually be able to 'see' the structure being so up front away from it. Nice surreal and moody pic though!
