Just the source is used to create background.Flowers created with Adobe 6 tools. (5 years and 3146 days ago)
for me, this is genius...!
Everything but the deer (which is my own photo) is created from the source photo - layers upon layers. Tiny pieces of the green hose makes up the pine, bricks became flowers, as did the hose nozzle. Happy Holidays!! (5 years and 3308 days ago)
for me, this is genius...!
Wow that's lot of work. Good luck!
Very very clever, and shows your talents well!
Beautiful and what a lovely choice for this time of year! Amazing amount of work ... the pine needles alone ...whew! It make me tired just looking at them. Well done Author!
Author you have got to be one of the most meticulous artists! This is amazing. How many layers did you end up with?? You have me curious!
That is a beautiful arrangement for the holidays! You did a great job again. Good luck author.
Beautiful work, author! Did you do flower arrangements in your previous life?
Jadedink, I merged as often as possible esp with the pine needles, but tried to keep all the flowers and leaves on individual layers so that I could manipulate and change their positions, I probably had 100 layers when I finally merged layers for the filters. I know that my Adobe program kept shutting down. I guess it was complaining about all the layers it had to process !!!!!
Pearlie,
Yes, I've done my share of flower arranging! Don't know about my former life, though! lol
Lovley, only you can make such nice flower arrangement out of bricks and a hose, = )
Fantastic work author...its so visible how much work u invest in this piece...Perfect...best of luck

Only the source was used. Fork was duplicated for container, line material behind flowers, and entire background. Jewels were made into flowers, and large flowers were formed from fork handle. Detailed SBS Have added 1 more step. Uploaded the wrong final. (5 years and 3350 days ago)
Excellen work - as always. The background colour takes a little bit away from the flowers, but well... Good work and nice SBS.
Wow, it's one of your best flower bunches. I agree with Widiar about the background, but it's just a minor thing, this piece is beautiful
EDIT: yes, I like the new background, very good improvement!
Thanks for your comments Widiar and langstrum. I have reworked my background by doing some lighting effects. Had already merged my layers, so that's what I had to do, but I am happier with it now. Hope y'all like it better.

You would, indeed, feel like crying if someone gave you this arrangement - it is full of onions from the background and container, to all the flowers. With a close look, you will also see all the little onions that were used in the pearl-like decorations among the flowers. Hope you enjoy - but don't cry! There are no outside sources except for my own photo of fabric folds under the container. Please see my SBS (It was a lot of work, too) (5 years and 3399 days ago)
very very nice work author...best of luck
Crying only for gladness! This is really wonderful, my eyes are almost full of tears! Don't worry, it's not the onions... it's for a so beautiful image!
