The clouds behind the globe should be slightly distorted, if only around the edges of the globe. They are too uniform at present.
Here is a "glass orb" tutorial that might help you with the edges:

Inspired by my dream last night. I was swimming under the sea and I saw one of a kind "flock" of reddish squid swimming towards one direction.
