Space tug #39 hauls an asteroid of Dilithium ore to the Federation refinery station.
(Any implied reference to the phrase "hauling ass" is purely intentional). :) (5 years and 2830 days ago)
Great effects but the laser looks a bit fake to me.
We thought it was an asteroid, until it got closer. (5 years and 3745 days ago)

when does one come across real alien lazers? lol. Thanks for the suggestion
Cool entry but the perspective of the hole in the road is off.

is a dirty job but someone has to do it
Pretty well done and nice SBS. Here and there perhaps some tiny perspective adjustments needed (lower exhaust looks imo a bit too large and couldo do with some skewing up on the left side, the most right red light in front can be moved up too). There seems to be a main light coming from the left, I'd say that the comet should be flipped so the light source matches better with the space ship. Having said that, it has nice details and a pleasant result. Good luck!
Thanks Waz. The lower engines are larger, and so are the exhausts. I'm seeing the center of the star cluster as the light source, so that looks OK to me. As for the perspective, it drove me crazy, and it's gonna have to stay that way cuz the image is flattened now.
I always enjoy a Sci-Fi entry, nicely done! I guess according to your parenthetical statement the pilots are "Ass-tronauts"...( sorry, I just can't help doing that.)
ROFL @ "Ass-tronauts"...I guess I asked for that one!
Agree with Waz about the red light, stem attachment could be a bit shorter as well, and agree with you, author on light source. Nice overall work. Good title and all its innuendos.
Congrats Bob, nicely done!!
