i would suggest darkening her right earring .. (our left) because with this lightening you could easily see it's not in the ear..

Cute, but the eyes should be brighter and the face lines not so.... straight....

Edit : actually I am kinda annoyed that you spent time on this then you used a brush to create the face lines. Ruined it for me.
