Good image. Just tone your shadows WAY down...the rest of the image is so bright.
Thanks Bob, I toned the shadows down, and made the image less bright.
Time has gone fast, humans are born and died. Time takes everybody under its wings. A new hope is born, a baby, without knowledge of what is going to happen in the future. We hope his life is filled with good things and helps to save our endangered planet. (5 years and 1408 days ago)

Strange blur causes the depth to be a little wonky.. the definition of the flowers kind of says they are in front though the placement of the "wing" looks as if it's behind the flowers, not underneath. Not a bad thing but a tad bit visually confusing... sorry, no suggestions as the contest is in "vote" status and there is no way for you to fix it author... still a very nice image, the definition of the the shell could match the definition of the babe (the edge blur causes a bit of resolution confusion). Not a criticism, just trying to help. The moon looks a tad bit cut out and flat, again, just what I see. It's a fine image, just tweaking could benefit the overall image. IMHO of course. GOOD LUCK AUTHOR.
Congrats George!!

While griffins are most common in the art and lore of Ancient Greece, there is evidence of representations of griffins in Ancient Persian and Ancient Egyptian art as far back as 3,300 BC.[5][6] Most statues have bird-like talons, although in some older illustrations griffins have a lion's forelimbs; they generally have a lion's hindquarters. Its eagle's head is conventionally given prominent ears; these are sometimes described as the lion's ears, but are often elongated (more like a horse's), and are sometimes feathered. The earliest depiction of griffins are the 15th century BC frescoes in the Throne Room of the Bronze Age Palace of Knossos, as restored by Sir Arthur Evans. It continued being a favored decorative theme in Archaic and Classical Greek art. (5 years and 2220 days ago)

Rotate the shoes about 30 degrees counter clockwise to get the perspective right and you'll have a good image.
I think the issue is the clock. From our perspective, we shouldn't be able to see more of the top-left rim than the bottom-right rim.
Congrats!
