I think the hanging picture needs to be straightened with the step from below.. but I could be wrong.. there's angles all over the place

Adjusting the brightness or contrast does not make it look like this alone. Many layers with color adjustments and saturation adjustments and more.

I tried what you said and it looked like it was coming off the wall. I tried to just paste it on but then the angles didn't look right. I tried a bunch and this was the only thing I could make look closest to real angles for the pic. Thanks for the suggestion.
Did you try transform it has perspective and you can alter the picture so the near view is larger than the back of the picture.Does this make sense.
Try dodging and burning the stairs a little.. good job otherwise
whiteshade, yes this is what I did to make it look like it is. I deformed it smaller on the side that is closer to the lady. I'll try that ponti, thanks.
