Awesome!!! Powerfull scene!
It would be nice if you post an SBS, thanks! and just a question: is it possible to use brushes in a contest?? thanks
Awesome!.. looks like a movie poster..great chop!!.
High marks author..GL
Thanks a lot people. Sofie73, as far as I know yes, since you link the author of the brushes and the contest isn't digital drawing I'll see about the SBS...
@Sofie73 - If you look at the rules for Photoshop Contests: http://www.pxleyes.com/guidelines/photoshop/ You will find that only brushes that are based on illustrations of any kind are not permitted, photo based brushes and simple brushes are permitted. You also posted a red flag elsewhere about filters not being allowed, again if you read the Photoshop Rules there is nothing that forbids their use. You may be confusing these rules with those of the Drawing Contests which are not the same. All brushes require links be posted as the author mentioned.
you're irritatingly good!
Ahhhrrgg...pirates! Very nice work, textures create a most appropriate mood!
Sorry for the mistake!!
I love the angle, it's very dramatic! Great work, good luck author!
Dramatic. Cool texture and color palette. The angled horizon doesn't work for me, however. The sails blocking the view of the skull's mouth seem to imply added meaning but I don't see what that might be (and the title provides no clue). [Why not move the skull to the right so nearly half of it is outside the frame?] I also think the waterline at the base of the skull should be ever so slightly curved instead of the perfectly straight line seen here in order to be more realistic since the neck should be jutting out into the water.
Great work
Congratualtions..... good work here.!
Congrats, terrific work
Awesome job!...Congrats!!!

This is a very stylized interpretation using only the source along with some brushed-in ropes, tree trunks, and details on ship. Details in SBS. (5 years and 3112 days ago)
Excellent work here...GL author.
Thanks so much. Your good opinion means a lot!!
well done! great imagination!!!
nice imagination and effective use of source image..goodluck
Great use of source, author!
I loved that job! Too perfect
Great job
Nice work...I feel the metal screws should not have been cut off as they are on the ship. Slightly curving them and keeping them whole would improve the look greatly. IMHO.
Lots and lots of work is invested in this entry...i love details and whole scene looks amazing...best of luck
Source of the birds?...
Bird creation has been added to SBS. I also removed the pattern layer I had placed over the hull of the ship so that the tuning pins wouldn't look cut off. .
excellent work, beautiful!!!
Masterpiece
superbbbbbbbbb
great work!!!
Beautiful creativity.......Best of Luck Author.

did you only use the source for the shape? If so, you can get that shape from anything. I really can't see where you used the source---sorry.
A lot of work went into this I see though, so I commend you on your time.
True K5683, this entry was for the Threaded Art contest, but I was too late, Pxleyes won't let me upload. Im going to redo most of the house and use more of the source. So if you want to vote guys, you can Waite till I finish redoing the house.
House redone with more of the source, did my best with little time.
very nice construction author...this could be created with any source but i love how u handled small details...good luck
Very True Erathion and K5683, I could use any source for this entry, If I wait for the perfect source, I would never construct the house that I had in mine for almost 2 years now. I guess in this case it's the Photoshop skill and creativity what counts, and goes for all of us Photoshopers of Pxleyes. I could have done this entry years ago when I remember seeing a donut and a cigarette lighter as sources. I appreciate the honesty and comments, and please do vote for what you think this entry deserves, thanks guys.
and i did author...i think this is great work...u did very very nice things with small details and u created one great construction...so in that way this is great piece and i give u high marks...

I like it. My only critique would be to find a focal point. The ship looks very long and the aft is sharp so as you follow to the bow, it should lose focus. Regardless, well done.
Maybe...depends on whether you're talking reality, or movie SFX. Anyway, thanks for the props.
a seriout work,very goog
Def my fav for this contest, nice work
You should have called me, I could've given you a tow!
