Great pic, agree with sharpening.
You probably know this, so this will be useless info. Use high pass filter to sharpen. You need a new layer with all elements on, go to filter menu, down to other-high pass, play with slider, not too high then that layer blending mode to overlay or hard light add layer mask and paint with black to bring back bits you don't want sharp.

In my opinion, you need to mask better around the legs of the spider.

Also, the spiderweb doesn't seem to be attached to anything, and some lines don't meet at the angles...
