what happened, if i may ask?

It's a long and messy story. The main points being: just a little bit more than 'just a friends' and a new girlfriend who wasn't really ok with that.. nor me.. nor anything concerning us. Sort of overly jealous type in every way. We haven't seen for almost a year now, he moved to another city with her gf. I do my best not to be bitter about it (not doing very well thou), still miss him every day more or less. What can I say.. if his happiness requires me not being in his life anymore, I give him that even if it rips my *****ng heart and soul.

I think I've been sort of lonely case all my life, but after losing him, I truly feel like it.

some shadow would add some realism to this... othersise... cool!

u did great job with the crowd author,but other elements demands a bit more fork...these 2 guys are ok,but alone guy is a bit off,there is perspective problem with him and needs shadow...Try to fix that because this entry have a lots of potential...I will hold my vote....Best of luck

The guy sitting looks like he is floating. You need to ground him with a shadow.

I darkened the original shadow just a little bit. On the original image sun is very high, almost exactly on top of ppl, so it's pretty tricky to blend the guy into sand. You can see how the audience casts very small shadows only under their feet as the sun is so high. Thanks for your comments everyone. (A minor alteration for the perspective, not much I can do without distorting his shape too much.)

It would be great if you made them look like they are actually standing not floating.. But other than that I like how you made them stand out from the rest of the crowd.. GL
