I thought about making a steampunk villain, cause it supports this anarchistic look that this genre is based on.
The Veins and make up are made with a preset brush (CS6) and smudge tool.
Special Thanks to:
Leroy Skalstad for the man picture and dknudsen for the smoke background (5 years and 2511 days ago)
I'd lighten & blur the veins. Also, I don't think there'd be a vein on the eye piece.
Thanks for the suggestion. The thing on the eye piece was planned to be a crack, but u´re right that it first looks like a vein
lighten and blured the veins, thx for tip

Nice work!
Love it!
Interesting entry, but I noticed the houses in the background are skewed, and also there are some blending issues / artefacts around the tree and in the sky - noticeable in high res.
Dear JalesD,i clraned up all the picture and the houses are not anymore skewed. Thanks for your advices. Hope it's better now !
Yes, looking a lot better now those parts have been dealt with ... Good luck author!!

This is a good practice for rebuilding the background but you have to be more carefully. At the front backseat the texture is decaled and at the one behind it the texture seems "hurt". The dof makes difficult to modify them but pacience should solve it.Always try to fix errors zooming in more so when zoomed out they can't be seen. I wish you good luck and happy photoshoping
True, good job with the background rebuilding. But, a hint for your big bird...when transforming, hold down shift so it transforms proportionately. He looks a little squashed.
Good luck!
