A good try. The wings should look more like its tale,not that blurry. Head/body/tale looks nice, the rest needs some more work. Should think about the background a bit more as well, I'm having a hard time figuring it out the way it is.
I agree with Widiar; wings need more effort. This entry can be a nice one if you work on it.

Away from PS for a while and need to hone extraction skills. Simply placed kitty into a nest under my eaves. The bird photo is mine. Used layers, blurring, opacity to soften kitty and added a shadow behind. Thanks for being constructive and kind. :) (5 years and 3524 days ago)

I love the image here except the foreground trees are a bit digitized and the one on the left is transparent. The look good as mostly silhouette but the should be sharper on the edges like the balcony.
Where's the light source in this ? Determine where the light source is and than create shadows according to the source on all objects. Good luck!
