This is one of the first times I have created something like this [using lots of smaller parts to create a totally different image]
I would have liked to smooth over the edges more, but I am outta time :-) thats the reason for the filter :-p

Visually simple, but nice ly done. As for the shadow- I've always painted shadows in my murals.
