Good idea. A nice touch is the motion blur on the right tower (only it should be on the other side).

Nice, but the reflections could use a little work. Maybe a bit darker, and, if you look at where the cloud intersects the tower - wouldn't it intersect it at the same place in the reflection?

rubbing the edges of the cut out with the blur tool might get rid of the sharp cut out effect and make it look more real , but it's a fun image

The background is sharper than the model. A quick gradient lens blur would make the model pop more. Good luck!
