IMO it would have a reflection like the fireworks.
In my vision it has less lighting on the bottom, hence the more shadow than reflection on the water... But I like your thought too!

• I have search everywhere through this site and found nothing about contest with the theme of PXL birthday, but after looked at the pxleyes team about, it gave me the reason to dedicate my entry as a celebration of pxleyes birthday which mentioned on April 2006 by Mister Monty’s about. I think it’s not a coincidence; it was God’s plan to make my entry has a lot of meanings together with the three objects on the final round of Photoshop Tournament; a candle, animals with the logo.
• In my opinion, there are three biggest events in our life that we would to celebrate it.
• First, it’s a celebration of birth.
• Second, it’s a celebration of getting married.
• And last, it’s a celebration of death.
• As for the celebration of death, some might think it’s not an appropriate way to say. But for me, it’s also a celebration since I believe in God and Heaven is so real. While started this piece from concept, I’m also in the middle of grieving. My beloved aunt by the name of Etty passed away on 17th April 2012 at 10:10 AM days ago. We ‘celebrate’ her for three days until the cremation of her remnants, after that we spread her dust to the open ocean at 19th April.
• So, please forgive me if I tell you my slice of life that might bother some of you. It’s just a continuity background story of my entry after all; we celebrate our birthday, and then celebrate our married moments until someday we would be ‘celebrated’ by everyone when our life is end. All of them is a Celebration of Life.

Only the source photo was used. Forsythia blossoms are created from one of the letters on the sign, lavendar flower stems are created from many, many, many small stars, pussy willows from a letter in the sign. Background is created from the entire sign, then duplicated and scaled many times. Please see my SBS for all the details. I'm startin' to catch on here...nice job, author! Really love the touch of the fallen flowers. Perhaps vary the intensity and hue of the pale yellow petals a bit more...but overall...wonderful!

Liquid Gold? I'm from Wisconsin and beer is a food group.. and I don't remember ever calling it Liquid Gold... "bat pee" has come up from time to time but that's usually left for Pabst (Okay Natural Light, Pabst isn't that bad, but it's been a while) hehehe.. great job... Good to see you back Ernest. I was missing your funny comments. You always make me smile. Beer as a food group is an interesting concept. Calling it bat pee sounds disgusting and might even cure some people from alcoholism?
However, some people even drink horse piss. .... Seriously take a look at the picture.

It is unbelievable what some people will throw down their throats.
Personally I can't stand the stuff myself so I don't drink any of it. I will stick to pretzels and peanuts with lemon squash. Peanuts are in the pantry. Lemon squash in the fridge. No beer by any name in fridge. I am out of pretzels. I will make sure to get some next time I go shopping.
Horse Piss? BWHAA HAAA HAAA HAAA...only in Australia ... I don't think we have Lemon Squash here in the States but I think it's like Sprite or 7-up, if it's sour it would be Squirt which is pretty potent. (Squirt was my Dad's Favorite drink when he was alive) We also have Fresca, a godawful diet drink that you can taste with the back of your head.
(still giggling over Horse Piss Beer.. WHOAH NELLIE!!!)
