you need to warp thw drawing to match the curvature and perspective of the road.. apart from that, it's a great idea!

Its supposed give the illusion that its standing straight if it follows the curvature of the road, its not an anamorphic drawing.Check out this site... http://users.skynet.be/J.Beever/littlelarge.html

This is really cool but I'd love to know how you did all these effects. Can you please write how you did all this as part of your SBS? The pictures alone don't really tell anyone else how to do this.
This could have been done without using the source image...
try cut out the stonelines so they arent "painted" over that makes it look more realistic also the edge of the drawing.. make it look like its a real chalk line n not so straight or do what the chalker did in the source.. use tape...
