Used grunge brushes as a base, cut out the red pepper to 6 layers with various filters on it, Added a stroked border, bevel, shadow and gradient overlay, overlayed various colours using basic brushes, added pieces of fire and the smoke brushes, duplicated and made smaller for the other 2.
