Geexman,i was inspirated by a picture similar to this on FLICKR,and in the tutorial link you provided there's different mood,effects and stock!my work would be better if that tutorial was used!
It wasn`t an accusation, tutorials are there to be used an learn from....however your image is so very close to the tutorial that it should atleast be mentioned if for no other reason than to give the author of the tutorial recognition for "their" idea.

most likely you ran across someone on flickr who used that tutorial. The similarities are too many to be considered mere chance, but it doesn't mean that you used that tutorial
