clone stamp and more. Hermit crabs are constantly searching for a larger shell to "borrow" to cover its soft body. (5 years and 3845 days ago)
I HATE HERMIT CRABS... THEY LOOK CUTE BUT THEY SMELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL, love this one though..he doesn't smell and and looks great.. the constuction work and manipulation of shell is priceless.. doing a happy dance... AND HERMIT CRABS IN THE REAL WORLD SMELLLLLLLLLLLLL.. (wanted one so badly, finally got it, and gave it away the next week) giggle snort

Thanks everyone for the compliments, and thanks for the suggestion Pixel, for the foam around the face of the crab,I went ahead and added that, as for your question Wazowski...I did use a reference book on Hermit crabs by Sue Fox for colors and pose, although nothings even close to what she had in the book.

nice work, try smudging the crab a bit ( make a new layer, then select sample all layers and smothing him out a but, and clean the edges, and add some highlights with a layer of white smudges with adjusted opacity. I just did a video for turning something into chocolate, if i can figure out how to post it to the tuturials ill let you know the link great work!
Looks good, some parts, like the leg on the right are missing a bit of chocolate, but for a first try it's good. G'luck!
