Not bad at all, but according to the text not threatening enough, imo. What if you change it a little bit that i.e. the wife (I guess) demands from her hubby to be more a helping hand at home instead of help his friends to get rid of money that has been spent on beer and such? And then the hand is from one of his friends. Just an idea . Good luck!

Your outer edges could have been better edged. Try using the polygonal lasso too and 1 px feather and just edge the head, especially around the ears and shoulders and just erase. Also big piece left over on the bottom. Just tryin' to help

The cracks are obvious copies three on the left are the same shape position and two are almost on top of each other. Ones on the left are the same too. Saturation makes it too bright and the blood color is a little bright too. Try to mix up the cuts, and make the blood and mood darker to match such a dark character. I really like the look of the left shoulder.
